Fact is everyone these days could use more sleep. Between working multiple jobs, kids, and other “extra-curriculars” we burn our candles at both ends.
I’m not even going to try to convince you to stop wearing yourself out by double burning because we can all sleep when we’re dead, right? My purpose is a call out to those burning cheap candles.
The candles we have been given GO off the materials we put into them. Those materials can be thought-through, metabolized, and expended into a good solid candle for the day’s burn or brainlessly stuffed down, packed with rushing and excuses, making a cheap sloppy wax burn.
My point? Our bodies need more than a few hours and a few good meals. Exercise ensures the optimal use of resources and guarantees a good fragrant burn. Neglecting to expend yourself physically, with impulse driven eating and avoiding exercising is begging for burnout, sickness, and ultimately death. O.O
Take thought to the type of wax you produce. You always get out the product of what you put in. Choose quality; don’t be cheap. Trust, you waste much more time, energy, and resources burning cheap candles than you think.
