Attitude, Perspective

Recognize

Today I had the honor of presenting an award to a peer at my workplace. I took time to reflect on all the reasons I felt this woman was deserving of recognition. What stands out is her pleasant attitude, dependability, and consistency.

Regardless of how she feels, she delivers.
Regardless of what the circumstances are, she is dependable.
Regardless of the changes happening around her, she consistent.

She communicates.
She connects with people.

I recognize these unmistakeable qualities of a leader in her. Her work speaks for her. Miss Irma, you will go far!

For the rest of us, reflect on this:

What do people recognize about you? What does your work say on your behalf? Recognize others and strive to embody those three qualities: pleasant attitude, dependability, and consistency.
