Start Now.

Stop making excuses.

Why do you doubt yourself? Don’t you know that people take their cue on how to treat you from you?

Why can’t you do what you would like to do? Are you setting goals and deadlines?

Who is your accountability partner? If you do not have one, get one.

Have one? Is she helping you? Are you letting her help you?

Make the decision that you will stop being good enough and be great instead.

Take a look at this post on Inspirational Perspective to see how to take that step from good enough to great. I did a book review on some work by Jim Collins that gives some pointers for any organization that needs to take this step as well.

Do not make any mental notes to get to this later. Do it now. What are you waiting for?

Fear is nothing.

Embrace the discomfort of the unknown.

Start now.
